Synopsis
A maniac named Art the Clown terrorizes two friends on Halloween and anyone who gets in his way. David Howard Thornton was the sixth person to be cast in the film Art The Clown after Mike Giannelli withdrew from the role and acting. During his audition, he began to imitate tasting the blood of his beheaded victim, but added salt to improve its taste.

The acting is perfectly fine
Yes, there’s hardly any plot, and it’s very nihilistic and unnecessary, but it makes up for it with a truly creepy villain and some very well-done and incredibly brutal gore effects. Nothing amazing, but it’s perfectly acceptable. Much better than you usually get in low-budget horror these days.

This isn’t a movie that revolutionizes the genre, but it’s a fun throwback to the good old days of unstoppable silent killers terrorizing people for arbitrary reasons. Art the Clown, Pennywise, and Killer Klowns are just a few of the comical creatures that send shivers down our spines.
